The solutions of losing the private key are as the following:
1, If you want to retrieve your losing private key, you can try to contact the ECAF via https://eoscorearbitration.io.
2, If your private key are the same one in different side-chains, you must revise them first.
3, If you have unfilled orders in your hacked EOS account, we can add it to the blacklist to forbid its transaction and freeze its TOKENS in Newdex .
4, To get your frozen TOKENS from the unfilled orders, you need to use your new account to transfer any number of tokens to newdexspring to verify the hacked account belongs to you and mark "apply" in the MEMO and we will refund the frozen TOKENS to you after verifying.
